Here is to all the students, with their books and their classes.
A salute to all the students, stretching their skulls to make room for more knowledge, all while trying to navigate this world and convince themselves that their educational efforts will be worth something.
A shout out to all the students, paying for the right to work hard and try to pass their classes, to pass those exams, to get that degree (or certification).
All you students have my utmost respect. I see you. You are trying to do a great thing: to make yourselves and the world better by encompassing new facts and learning new skills.
Encountering new ideas will always be good for you.
Reading more books will help you to grow and empathize with the other humans and robots that share this world with you.
Hopefully, you will learn something about yourself along the way: how to learn, how to ask questions, how to leave a question open long enough to let wisdom settle into that space, how the answers are never as satisfying as the questions themselves.
Here is to all the students! Hail!
I am a student again as well. We share this journey.
You would think 3 degrees would be enough. But apparently not…
I have a quiz to get ready for. See you on the playground later?
